Colombian food

Colombian gastronomic is the result of a fusion of food practices and culinary traditions that turns in variety of meals, because each region of the country (five regions) has representative dishes.

However, one of the most important dishes are shown below: Tray Paisa (bandeja paisa), egg arepas (arepa de huevo), tamales among many other delicious dishes.

Some of the most common ingredients in Colombian preparations include rice and maize, potato and cassava, legumes (beans), meat (beef, chicken, pig, guinea, pig and others), and seafood. But aside that, we count with a variety of tropical fruits as mango, banana, papaya, guava, lulo, passion fruit and the list continued…
